Management seems to be doing their best and they have a friendly staff. There are a lot of activities offered and I think they do very well with that. Maintenance has been very helpful. The place is kept clean. Mom is happy with housekeeping she is receiving. The care staff is  exceptional It makes me sleep better at night knowing she is in the hands of these people. I would recommend this community to others.

Management has been very responsive to all our requests and concerns, the housekeeping and laundry is good and the maintenance staff is very responsive and they keep the grounds immaculate. The care staff is also responsive, have good follow through and good medication management. My aunt even told us that the food is fantastic which isn’t an easy comment to get from her. Overall the value for the services is exactly what we expected.

I have been dealing with Morgan and she is phenomenal. If I ever have a problem and something needs to get done she always figures out a way to get it done and she always responds. My dad is enjoying the food and the housekeeping and maintenance services are very good. My dad uses the transportation all the time and it has been very good. They agreed to drive him to dialysis three days a week and the new driver is great. The price is on par with other communities and we have recommended it to others.

Davi works very hard and constantly updates us. She is great. Maryanne is also great and my mother thinks highly of her. There are aides there, Janie and Lani, who do a fantastic job. They treat the residents like they are family and they should be acknowledged.

Everyone has been super supportive and very helpful in management. Any thing that we’ve needed they’ve been on board with, and in a timely manner, which really matters to me. Also, the dining staff is very nice and very helpful, an I’ve seen activities every day. Weekly my parents get the calendar there, so they always have it. As far as I can see and I can tell, the entertainment is great. Housekeeping and laundry is very good as well, and maintenance sure have helped out. The care staff also do answer me back or else they get in touch with the doctor, if she’s not here, and they get back to me with the answers. Plus, my dad can’t brag enough about the care that people take of them and how responsive of them, so that’s wonderful. All in all, I’m afraid to say this out loud, but my parents really adjusted really well. So far everything has been very positive and I feel good and I know my parents are comfortable as well.

We chose this place for our father because we liked it, they had a lot of things to do there and he has been happy there. The cost is in range with other places and the accommodations are satisfactory. The management was very good when we applied to get him in, people are helpful and the receptionists are sweet. He is happy with the dining and the food is good. The activities look great and he does enjoy going to the bingo or going to the restaurant to talk to people. The staff does do his linens, his laundry gets done and the room always looks neat. Overall, he feels safe, comfortable and content living there.

In general we were very pleased. I had a dog and they were good about that as well and they had no problem with the dog at all. Plus, management was excellent and they were very responsive to all our needs, including my short term stay there. We were very pleased with everything and would recommend this community to others.

They were on top of everything, very quick to return phone calls and emails. They were just very kind and efficient. The apartment was always clean and their laundry was always done. Any time I needed help with something or furniture moved they were very good. I speak very highly of this community and I would recommend them to others.

My mother lives at the community and she doesn’t want to leave. The services are satisfactory and the price is comparable to other places. Management is respectful, knowledgeable and good about getting back to me with answers. There are different activities offered and she likes the bingo. The housekeepers change her bedding, laundry gets done and the apartment is clean when I visit. The building was remodeled last year and it looks very nice. The care staff is friendly, responsive and I am happy with them. In general, she feels safe and comfortable there.

My father lives at the community, and the management has been good. We’ve had an easy time getting ahold of them, and my father is also happy with what he’s eating. He thinks it’s great in dining room, and the maintenance crew have been very good about if he needed anything fixed or something like that. The care staff have also been very good about what he needs. He’s hit the call button if he’s needed help and they come pretty much right away. All in all, dad likes it there, and he feels safe. I also like the facility, and I like how it’s a set up. I highly recommend it!

My cousin has moved in there and the management staff have totally accommodated her. They’re working with her, and they make us feel good. I’m also glad the food is kosher, and my cousin is eating and likes it! The exercise is great, and occasionally she goes to the word games and to the choir. Plus, housekeeping and laundry is excellent. Her apartment is clean. In fact, the whole place is clean, and the laundry comes back very nicely and punctually. I think that the care staff are very good too! I am overall so happy. The staff is wonderful, and so is the administration. So far it’s a great setup, and I highly recommend!

My mother lives at the community and I haven’t had any problems with the management. Mom also said the food is good and the dining staff are good too because I’ve noticed the service. They also have a lot of activities there and the place was very clean when I visited. My mom also just told me they cleaned her apartment and did a good job on it. It’s very nice there! Everything looks like it’s maintained good. Mom had pictures hung up. They took care of her TV already, and the care staff they take good care of her. All in all, I have no problems with the place. I highly recommend it!

My mother moved into the community, and the management staff have been incredibly responsive and gave us a lot of information. We were on a accelerated time frame and everything went smooth! My mother also absolutely loves the food, and that’s the most important thing. She’s just raving about every meal, and the menu variety is good. I’ve heard no complaints. She’s gone to Zumba several times, and she gets the month calendar. She also tells me when the laundry gets picked up and everything else, and everything has been accommodated by maintenance. The community is always clean, always orderly, and very nice. Plus, the nurses have been absolutely great! I spoke to a couple of them when my mom first started on her meds and they’ve been incredibly responsive. I couldn’t be happier! All in all, I highly recommend it. She’s doing good, and that’s a testament to the people there.

I recently moved in and the management staff is outstanding. The director is just amazing, and she’s very sensitive and takes an interest in the people that she talks with and especially me. Also, if you don’t appreciate what’s on the dining menu you can order something else, and they’re very accommodating. Plus, for activities there is a lady who is the administrator that hires talent to entertain the people here and she is outstanding. I’m not used to people making my bed but I can tell you after I finish eating breakfast in the morning, my bed is made and the room is clean. And once you put in a work request it’s taken care of very well, and the maintenance staff are very well trained people. The chauffeur driver that drives that bus around is fantastic too. He goes out of his way to help people that are handicapped with the wheelchair and the walkers and he’s just incredible. Same and Laurie, in the care department, are outstanding too. They’re efficient. They’re punctual. They come in on time. And they service to help everybody. All in all, it’s well worth the wait, living here. I highly recommend it!

My Mom recently moved in and things are going well. The price is a little better than the other places, the staff are always attentive and responsive, and the management are very knowledgeable and have been able to help me out. Plus, my Mom is well fed and the activities are consistently offered. Also, the housekeeping is offered consistently and there’s always someone cleaning the building and bathrooms. So, overall, I’d recommend it!
